In my last article, I gave my own definition of Project Management. I also outlined some of the reasons why I consider it more of a skill than a career choice. And as any skill, it can probably be applied in a variety of settings, to a varying degree.
Those who personally know me may also know that I look with skepticism at simplistic views of complex issues. More often than not, what is behind simplification is not genius boiling down the essence and getting rid of distractions, but just plain ignorance. So I may be getting myself into dangerous territory here.
